Road conditions as of 3:45 PM MDT on Wednesday, September 20 are as follows: scattered wet with possible fallen rocks with the following exceptions - scattered slush and falling snow between 5 miles west of Marias Pass and 0.25 mile west of Junction Montana 49 North-East Glacier Park and dry, scattered slush, and falling snow between 0.25 mile west of Junction Montana 49 North-East Glacier Park and Junction Montana 49 North-East Glacier Park. Actual road conditions may vary from this report. Motorists are cautioned to be alert to changing conditions.

Construction:

The following construction project is in effect: miscellaneous maintenance at 5.50 miles east of Glacier Route 1-West Glacier Park including flaggers present and reduced speed limited to 35 MPH (travelers can expect traffic controlled by signal lights, a pilot car in use, and single lane traffic).

Weather:

The forecast until 10:00 PM MDT on Wednesday, September 20: Skies will be mostly cloudy becoming partly clear. Visibility will be ten miles changing to two miles. There will be scattered very light snow. Winds will be 12 mph gusting to 25 mph from the west-southwest changing to 16 mph gusting to 26 mph from the west. Temperatures will range from 33 to 49 F changing to 30 to 40 F.
