   All routes are open with no controls with the following exceptions:

IR80:
  - Chains required except for four wheel drive vehicles for 35.1 miles
    between Drum California Exit 150 and Central Truckee Exit 186.
  - Road closed for 3.9 miles between White Plains Exit 78 and 0.6 miles
    west of Junction US 95 Exit 83.

US395:
  - Open with no controls, high wind warning: campers and trailers are
    prohibited for 6 miles between 2.3 miles north of Junction US 395
    Business and State Route 529-North Carson Street and Winters Ranch.

SR70:
  - Chains mandatory for 22.6 miles between 8 miles west of Blairsden
    California and Beckwourth California.

SR431:
  - Chains mandatory for 5.5 miles between 4.9 miles north of Junction
    State Route 28 and 10.4 miles north of Junction State Route 28.
